Upgrading to Premium
On iOS (App Store)
- Open the Snag app
- Tap Upgrade when you reach the 30-snag limit, or go to Settings → Get Premium
- Choose Monthly or Annual
- Confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password
- Premium activates immediately
On Android (Google Play)
- Open the Snag app
- Tap Upgrade when prompted, or go to Settings → Get Premium
- Choose Monthly or Annual
- Complete the Google Play purchase
- Premium activates immediately
On the Web Portal
- Go to cloud.snaglinks.com
- Click Upgrade ⚡ in the sidebar or visit the Pricing page
- Choose your plan and enter payment details
- Premium activates immediately
Managing Your Subscription
Web Portal
- Sign in at cloud.snaglinks.com
- Go to Account → Manage Billing
- From the billing portal you can:
- View your current plan and next billing date
- Switch between monthly and annual
- Update your payment method
- Cancel your subscription
iOS (App Store subscriptions)
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name → Subscriptions → Snag
- Manage or cancel from there
Android (Google Play subscriptions)
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Find Snag and manage from there
App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed through Apple/Google. Web subscriptions are managed through the Snag billing portal.
Canceling
Cancel any time — no fees.
- iOS: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Snag → Cancel
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Snag → Cancel
- Web: cloud.snaglinks.com → Account → Manage Billing → Cancel
After canceling, Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period. Your snags are never deleted.
What Happens to My Snags If I Cancel?
Nothing is deleted. All your snags and collections stay in your account. Once your billing period ends, your account reverts to the free plan (30 snag limit). If you re-subscribe later, everything picks up exactly where you left off.
Updating Your Email or Password
- Sign in at cloud.snaglinks.com
- Go to Account Settings
- Update your email or password
- Changes apply across all apps immediately
Deleting Your Account
To permanently delete your account and all data:
- Email support@snaglinks.com
- Include the email address on your account
- We’ll delete everything within 7 days
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
