Getting Started

Snag is a save-anything app that lets you capture links, articles, videos, posts, and screenshots from anywhere on your iPhone, Android, or browser — then access them all at cloud.snaglinks.com or in the app.
Yes — Snag has a free plan that lets you save up to 30 snags. For unlimited saves, upgrade to Premium at 6.99/monthor6.99/month or 49.99/year. A 7-day free trial is included with both paid plans.

Yes! Snag is available on both iOS and Android. Download it from the Google Play Store. You can also use the web portal at cloud.snaglinks.com from any browser on any device.

Saving Content

The fastest way is through the Share button in any app:
  1. Tap the Share button in your browser or app
  2. Tap Snag
  3. Tap Add
You can also add snags manually from inside the app by tapping the + button.
  1. Open any app and tap the Share button
  2. Scroll the app row to the right → tap More
  3. Find Snag and toggle it on
Once enabled, Snag appears every time you tap Share in any app.
Make sure Snag is enabled: open any app → Share → scroll right → tap More → enable Snag.If it’s enabled and still not showing, try restarting your device. If the issue continues, contact support@snaglinks.com.
It’s Add. When you confirm saving a snag in both the iOS and Android apps, you tap Add.

Account & Billing

The free plan includes up to 30 snags. Once you hit that limit, upgrade to Premium to continue saving. You can upgrade in the app or at cloud.snaglinks.com/pricing.
Your existing 30 snags stay right where they are — you can still view, search, and access all of them. You just can’t save new ones until you upgrade or delete some to free up space.
Both Monthly and Annual plans include a 7-day free trial with full Premium access (unlimited snags). You won’t be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before it ends and you won’t be billed.
iOS (App Store): iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Snag → CancelAndroid (Google Play): Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Snag → CancelWeb: cloud.snaglinks.com → Account → Manage Billing → Cancel SubscriptionAfter canceling, Premium access continues until the end of your billing period.
Nothing is deleted. All your snags and collections stay in your account. Once your billing period ends, your account reverts to the free plan (30 snag limit). If you re-subscribe, everything is exactly as you left it.
Yes. Sign in at cloud.snaglinks.com → Account → Manage Billing → change your plan. The switch takes effect at your next billing date.
Make sure you’re signed in with the same email you used when subscribing. If the issue persists, email support@snaglinks.com with your purchase receipt and we’ll sort it out right away.

Collections & Sharing

There’s no limit on the number of Collections you can create.
Yes. Share any collection from the iOS app, Android app, or web portal. Anyone with the link will see a preview of the first 3 snags in their browser — no account required to preview. To import the full collection they’ll need a free Snag account, which takes 30 seconds to create.
No. Shared Collection links are read-only. Recipients can only view the snags — they cannot make any changes.
Yes. A snag can belong to as many collections as you want. Removing it from one collection doesn’t affect the others, and it always stays in your main Library.

Web Portal

Yes. Everything syncs to cloud.snaglinks.com. You can add, browse, search, and manage all your snags from any browser.
Yes — everything is real-time. Add something on the web and it appears in the app. Add something in the app and it appears on the web. Always in sync.

Privacy & Security

Yes. Your snags are private by default and only visible to you. Shared Collections are only accessible to people who have the specific share link — they are not publicly indexed or searchable.
Yes. Email support@snaglinks.com with your account email and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7 days.
