# Collections

> Organize your snags into folders on the web portal

## What are Collections?

Collections are folders for organizing snags by topic, project, or purpose. Create as many as you need.

## Creating a Collection

1. Click **Collections** in the left sidebar
2. Click the **+** button or **New Collection**
3. Enter a name and click **Create**

## Adding Snags to a Collection

**From your Library:**

1. Hover over a snag card and click the **⋯** menu
2. Click **Add to Collection**
3. Select from your list

**When saving a new snag:**

1. Click **+** to open the Add Snag dialog
2. Assign a collection before clicking Add

**In select mode:**

1. Select multiple snags
2. Click **Add to Collection** in the action bar

<Note>A snag can belong to multiple collections at the same time.</Note>

## Viewing a Collection

1. Click **Collections** in the sidebar
2. Click any collection row to open it
3. Browse all snags inside — same view modes as your Library

## Removing a Snag from a Collection

Removing from a collection does **not** delete the snag — it stays in your Library.

1. Open the collection
2. Select the snag(s)
3. Click **Remove from Collection** in the action bar

## Sharing a Collection

1. Open a collection
2. Click the **Share** icon (🔗) in the top right
3. A shareable link is generated instantly
4. Click **Copy Link** and send to anyone

Recipients can view the collection in a browser — no account required.

## Deleting a Collection

Deleting a collection removes the folder but does **not** delete the snags inside.

1. Click the **⋯** menu next to the collection
2. Click **Delete Collection**
3. Confirm
