## Getting Started

## Saving Content

  <Accordion title="How do I save something to Snag?">
    The fastest way is through the Share button in any app:

    1. Tap the **Share** button in your browser or app
    2. Tap **Snag**
    3. Tap **Add**

    You can also add snags manually from inside the app by tapping the **+** button.

  <Accordion title="How do I add Snag to my Share Sheet (iOS)?">
    1. Open any app and tap the Share button
    2. Scroll the app row to the right → tap **More**
    3. Find Snag and toggle it on

    Once enabled, Snag appears every time you tap Share in any app.

  <Accordion title="Why isn't Snag appearing in my Share Sheet?">
    Make sure Snag is enabled: open any app → Share → scroll right → tap More → enable Snag.

    If it's enabled and still not showing, try restarting your device. If the issue continues, contact [support@snaglinks.com](mailto:support@snaglinks.com).

  <Accordion title="Can I save things other than links?">
    Yes. You can save links, articles, videos, social posts, and screenshots. You can also add personal notes to any snag for context.

  <Accordion title="Does Snag save a copy of the page or just the link?">
    Snag saves the link plus metadata — title, description, thumbnail, and source. It doesn't archive the full page. To access the full content, tap the link to open it in your browser.

  <Accordion title="Is the button 'Add' or 'Save'?">
    It's **Add**. When you confirm saving a snag in both the iOS and Android apps, you tap **Add**.

## Account & Billing

  <Accordion title="Why can't I save more than 30 snags?">
    The free plan includes up to 30 snags. Once you hit that limit, upgrade to Premium to continue saving. You can upgrade in the app or at [cloud.snaglinks.com/pricing](https://cloud.snaglinks.com/pricing).

  <Accordion title="What happens to my snags if I hit the free limit?">
    Your existing 30 snags stay right where they are — you can still view, search, and access all of them. You just can't save new ones until you upgrade or delete some to free up space.

  <Accordion title="What's included in the free trial?">
    Both Monthly and Annual plans include a 7-day free trial with full Premium access (unlimited snags). You won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before it ends and you won't be billed.

  <Accordion title="How do I cancel my subscription?">
    **iOS (App Store):** iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Snag → Cancel

    **Android (Google Play):** Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Snag → Cancel

    **Web:** cloud.snaglinks.com → Account → Manage Billing → Cancel Subscription

    After canceling, Premium access continues until the end of your billing period.

  <Accordion title="What happens to my snags if I cancel?">
    Nothing is deleted. All your snags and collections stay in your account. Once your billing period ends, your account reverts to the free plan (30 snag limit). If you re-subscribe, everything is exactly as you left it.

  <Accordion title="Can I switch from monthly to annual?">
    Yes. Sign in at [cloud.snaglinks.com](https://cloud.snaglinks.com) → Account → Manage Billing → change your plan. The switch takes effect at your next billing date.

  <Accordion title="I was charged but my account still shows free. What do I do?">
    Make sure you're signed in with the same email you used when subscribing. If the issue persists, email [support@snaglinks.com](mailto:support@snaglinks.com) with your purchase receipt and we'll sort it out right away.

## Collections & Sharing

  <Accordion title="How many Collections can I create?">
    There's no limit on the number of Collections you can create.

  <Accordion title="Can I share a Collection with someone who doesn't have Snag?">
    Yes. Share any collection from the iOS app, Android app, or web portal. Anyone with the link will see a preview of the first 3 snags in their browser — no account required to preview. To import the full collection they'll need a free Snag account, which takes 30 seconds to create.

  <Accordion title="Can shared Collection recipients add or delete my snags?">
    No. Shared Collection links are read-only. Recipients can only view the snags — they cannot make any changes.

  <Accordion title="Can a snag be in more than one Collection?">
    Yes. A snag can belong to as many collections as you want. Removing it from one collection doesn't affect the others, and it always stays in your main Library.

## Web Portal

    Yes. Everything syncs to [cloud.snaglinks.com](https://cloud.snaglinks.com). You can add, browse, search, and manage all your snags from any browser.

    Yes — everything is real-time. Add something on the web and it appears in the app. Add something in the app and it appears on the web. Always in sync.

## Privacy & Security

  <Accordion title="Is my data private?">
    Yes. Your snags are private by default and only visible to you. Shared Collections are only accessible to people who have the specific share link — they are not publicly indexed or searchable.

  <Accordion title="Can I delete my account and all my data?">
    Yes. Email [support@snaglinks.com](mailto:support@snaglinks.com) with your account email and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7 days.
