# Saving Snags

> Every way to save content on Android

## From the Share Menu (Fastest)

The Android Share Menu works in Chrome, YouTube, Instagram, and any app that supports sharing.

    Open a webpage, article, video, or post in any app
  </Step>

  <Step title="Tap Share">
    Tap the **Share** button in your browser or app
  </Step>

  <Step title="Tap Snag">
    Find **Snag** in the share options and tap it
  </Step>

  <Step title="Tap Add">
    Review the preview — title, thumbnail, and URL are captured automatically. Tap **Add** to confirm.

## From Inside the App

1. Open Snag and tap the **+** button (bottom right)
2. Paste a URL or type one in
3. Optionally add a note
4. Tap **Add**

## Saving Screenshots

1. Take a screenshot on your Android device
2. In the notification that appears, tap **Share**
3. Select **Snag** → tap **Add**

Or from inside the app:

1. Tap **+** → choose **Screenshot**
2. Select the screenshot from your gallery
3. Tap **Add**

## Adding Notes

* **When saving:** Tap the note field before tapping Add
* **After saving:** Open the snag from your Library → tap **Edit** → update the note → tap **Save**

Notes are fully searchable.

## Editing a Saved Snag

1. Open your Library and tap the snag
2. Tap the **Edit** icon
3. Update the title or note
4. Tap **Save**

## Deleting a Snag

1. Long-press the snag in your Library
2. Tap **Delete**
3. Confirm

<Warning>Deleted snags cannot be recovered.</Warning>

## Free Tier Limit

On the free plan you can save up to **30 snags**. Once you reach 30, upgrade to Premium to continue saving. See [Account & Billing](/web/account-billing) for details.
